It is my great pleasure and heartfelt appreciation sending this message to
IQRAA Alumni Association for the official launch of this website for IQRAA
Technical training institute. I believe it is a remarkable achievement for
the development of the institute.
So I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the president and
the active members of iqraa alumni association for the commitment and hard
work to bring alumni into one family.
Alumni associations are a great way for alumni to associate and interact
with one another, both socially and professionally to their alma mater. I
believe it is very much essential and an important part for an institute
to engage with the modern communication and technology to share the
information and maintain a good relationship with every alumnus for mutual
benefits and maintain good relationships with an administration for the
short- and long-term goals and needs of the Institute.
The Alumni Association is an organization which is responsive to the needs
of alumni relative to their careers, desire for lifelong learning,
engagement, social interactions, willingness to provide volunteer service,
to support, to strengthen and advance the Institute. It can provide a
forum for alumni to maintain bonds forged during their experience with
each other and to build new friendships and connections.
By joining an alumni association, alumni automatically plug themselves
into a network of high-achieving professionals that can prove to be an
invaluable career asset. Many alumni associations conduct mentoring
programs between older and younger alumni, hold workshops on leadership
and share expert knowledge, advise and guide graduating students,
recognize alumni for their service, achievements and professional
excellence in order to honour and showcase them within the Institute
family. Meantime it can organize job fairs for graduated members and
invite professionals for motivating and inspiring young trainees.
The success of any organization totally depend on its membership. One of
our goals is to increase our alumni participation rate by connecting with
social medias, and to accomplish this we need the assistance from all
alumni members living all over the world. As big accomplishments begin
with small acts, each of us play a key role. We need more members for the
growth and sustainability of the association.
So I would like to encourage all our alumni members to extend fullest
support to maintain a positive relationship, get involved with good
understanding and corporation to the projects/ activities under taken by
the ITTIAA. This will enable to expand our institution's technical
horizons to become the best technical institute home and abroad.
Finally, it is my honour and gratitude to the founding father Marhoom
Naleem Hajiar for the establishment of the technical institute to the
society and I sincerely Thank Al-haj Yakooth Naleem the chairman, board of
trustees, members of board of trustees, director, staff of Iqraa technical
training institute and well-wishers for the support and guidance to our
alumni and the institution.
